By accessing or using this Site, registering for events, purchasing offerings, or participating in any experiences hosted through this Site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

  • Retreats and in-person gatherings

  • Live and recorded group experiences

  • Educational programs, workshops, and community offerings

  • Digital content related to dreaming, sleeping, consciousness, and spiritual exploration

Some services referenced on this Site — including individual sessions — are not provided by this is a dream LLC, but instead by independent entities:

  • Chelsea Waves LLC

  • Katie Love Coaching LLC

Payments for those services are processed separately and governed by the policies of the respective provider.

2. Educational and Experiential Nature

All offerings provided through this Site are educational, experiential, and exploratory in nature. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in offerings unless otherwise explicitly stated.

4. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Policies for retreats, events, and group experiences hosted by this is a dream LLC will be stated at the point of registration.

  • Individual sessions purchased through Chelsea Waves LLC or Katie Love Coaching LLC are governed by those entities’ individual policies.

No refunds are guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in retreats, events, or experiential practices may involve emotional, physical, or psychological processes. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, audio, video, and course materials — is the intellectual property of this is a dream LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this is a dream LLC, its members, collaborators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in offerings or use of the Site.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
